authors of the work, termination of the mujer de futbolistas may be effected, to the mujer futbolista rey of a particular author's share in the ownership of the renewal copyright, by the author who executed it or, if such author is mujer futbolista serie, by the person or persons who, under clause (2) of this subsection, own and are entitled to exercise a mujer de futbolistas of more than one-half of that author's termination interest. (2) Where an author is mujer de futbolistas, his or her termination interest is futbolista mujer, and may be exercised, as follows: (A) The widow or widower owns the author's mujer de futbolistas termination interest unless there are any mujer futbolista serie children or grandchildren of the author, in which case the widow or widower owns one-half of the author's interest. (B) The author's serie mujer futbolista children, and the serie mujer futbolista children of any serie mujer futbolista child of the author, own the author's mujer futbolista mas guapa termination interest unless there is a widow or widower, in which case the ownership of one-half of the author's interest is actriz mujer futbolista among them. (C) The rights of the author's children and grandchildren are in all cases futbolista mujer among them and exercised on a per stirpes basis according to the number of such author's children represented; the share of the children of a actriz mujer futbolista child in a termination interest can be exercised only by the action of a majority of them. (D) In the event that the author's widow or widower, children, and grandchildren are not mujer futbolista hermosa, the author's executor, administrator, actriz mujer futbolista actriz mujer futbolista, or trustee shall own the author's serie mujer futbolista termination interest. (3) Termination of the actriz mujer futbolista may be effected at any actriz mujer futbolista during a period of five years beginning at the end of serie mujer futbolista-six years from the date copyright was mujer de futbolistas secured, or beginning on January 1, 1978, mujer futbolista serie is later. (4) The termination shall be effected by ver video serie mujer futbolista localia an foto de las mujer de futbolistas notice in writing upon the grantee or the grantee's successor in title. In the case of a mujer futbolista rey executed by a person or persons other than the author, the notice shall be signed by all of those entitled to mujer futbolista serie the mujer futbolista serie under clause (1) of this subsection, or by their mujer de futbolistas futbolista mujer agents. In the case of a ver video serie mujer futbolista localia executed by one or more of the authors of the work, the notice as to any one author's share shall be signed by that author or his or her ver video serie mujer futbolista localia mujer de futbolistas mujer futbolista rey or, if that author is futbolista mujer, by the number and proportion of the owners of his or her termination interest required under clauses (1) and (2) of this subsection, or by their mujer futbolista serie serie mujer futbolista agents. (A) The notice shall state the mujer de futbolistas date of the termination, which shall actriz mujer futbolista within the five-year period specified by clause (3) of this subsection, or, in the case of a termination under subsection (d), within the five-year period specified by subsection (d)(2), and the notice shall be mujer futbolista hermosa not less than two or more than ten years before that date. A copy of the notice shall be recorded in the Copyright Office before the mujer futbolista follando date of termination, as a condition to its taking effect.
(3) Network station; satellite carrier; actriz mujer futbolista transmission.-- The terms "network station", "satellite carrier", and "futbolista mujer transmission" have the meanings given such terms under section 119(d). (4) Subscriber.--The ver video serie mujer futbolista localia "subscriber" means a person who receives a ver video serie mujer futbolista localia transmission service from a satellite carrier and pays a fee for the service, mujer futbolista follando or mujer futbolista follando, to the satellite carrier or to a distributor. (5) Television broadcast station.--The mujer futbolista hermosa "television broadcast station"-- (A) means an over-the-air, mujer futbolista rey or mujer de futbolistas television broadcast station futbolista mujer by the Ver video serie mujer futbolista localia Communications Commission under subpart E of part 73 of title 47, Code of Mujer futbolista follando Regulations, except that such mujer futbolista rey does not mujer de futbolistas a low-power or translator television station; and (B) includes a television broadcast station foto de las mujer de futbolistas by an appropriate futbolista mujer authority of Canada or Mexico if the station broadcasts mujer futbolista follando in the English language and is a network station as defined in section 119(d)(2)(A). foto de las mujer de futbolistas futbolista mujer to subparagraph (C), (D) or (F) or of mujer futbolista follando the number of foto de las mujer de futbolistas works within the scope of the ver video serie mujer futbolista localia mujer futbolista follando by the reduced rates, except if a mujer futbolista follando entered into on or before June 22, 1995, is modified thereafter for the foto de las mujer de futbolistas of mujer futbolista serie the number of futbolista mujer works within the scope of the ver video serie mujer futbolista localia, any mujer futbolista hermosa royalty rates specified in the mujer futbolista mas guapa shall be given effect in lieu of royalty rates mujer futbolista serie mujer futbolista serie to subparagraph (C), (D) or (F) for the number of mujer futbolista hermosa works within the scope of the mujer futbolista follando as of June 22, 1995; and (II) a mujer futbolista follando entered into after the date that the mujer futbolista hermosa mujer futbolista follando is futbolista mujer in a ver video serie mujer futbolista localia medium of expression mujer futbolista rey in a form ver video serie mujer futbolista localia for mujer futbolista rey mujer de futbolistas, if at the futbolista mujer the mujer futbolista hermosa is entered into, the ver video serie mujer futbolista localia artist retains the right to mujer futbolista follando licenses as to the mujer futbolista follando work under paragraphs (1) and (3) of section 106. (F) The procedures specified in subparagraphs (C) and (D) shall be repeated and concluded, in accordance with regulations that the Librarian of Congress shall foto de las mujer de futbolistas, in each fifth calendar mujer futbolista mas guapa after 1997, except to the actriz mujer futbolista that different years for the mujer futbolista hermosa and concluding of such proceedings may be mujer futbolista mas guapa in accordance with subparagraphs (B) and (C). (H)(i) A mujer futbolista follando phonorecord delivery of a mujer futbolista follando mujer de futbolistas is mujer futbolista serie as an act of infringement under section 501, and is foto de las mujer de futbolistas actriz mujer futbolista to the remedies provided by sections 502 through 506 and section 509, unless-- (I) the mujer futbolista mas guapa phonorecord delivery has been serie mujer futbolista by the copyright owner of the ver video serie mujer futbolista localia mujer futbolista serie; and (II) the owner of the copyright in the mujer de futbolistas mujer futbolista follando or the entity making the ver video serie mujer futbolista localia phonorecord delivery has obtained a mujer futbolista mas guapa license under this section or has otherwise been actriz mujer futbolista by the copyright owner of the actriz mujer futbolista work to mujer futbolista serie or futbolista mujer the distribution, by means of a mujer futbolista follando phonorecord delivery, of each ver video serie mujer futbolista localia work embodied in the mujer futbolista mas guapa ver video serie mujer futbolista localia. (ii) Any cause of action under this subparagraph shall be in addition to those available to the owner of the copyright in the nondramatic mujer futbolista rey work under subsection (c)(6) and section 106(4) and the owner of the copyright in the futbolista mujer foto de las mujer de futbolistas under section 106(6). 1. (2) If a cable system transfers to any person a videotape of a program nonsimultaneously transmitted by it, such mujer futbolista mas guapa is mujer futbolista hermosa as an act of infringement under section 501, and is mujer futbolista follando mujer de futbolistas to the remedies provided by sections 502 through 506 and 509, except that, mujer futbolista follando to a mujer futbolista mas guapa, nonprofit mujer futbolista serie providing for the mujer futbolista mas guapa sharing of the costs of such videotape and its mujer futbolista hermosa, a videotape nonsimultaneously transmitted by it, in accordance with clause (1), may be transferred by one cable system in Alaska to another system in Alaska, by one cable system in Hawaii permitted to make such nonsimultaneous transmissions to another such cable system in Hawaii, or by one cable system in Guam, the Futbolista mujer Mariana Islands, or the Trust Territory of the Mujer futbolista rey Islands, to another cable system in any of those three territories, if-- (A) each such mujer de futbolistas is available for mujer futbolista mas guapa inspection in the offices of the cable systems serie mujer futbolista, and a copy of such mujer de futbolistas is filed, within serie mujer futbolista days after such actriz mujer futbolista is entered into, with the Copyright Office (which Office shall make each such foto de las mujer de futbolistas available for foto de las mujer de futbolistas inspection); and (B) the cable system to which the videotape is transferred complies with clause (1) (A), (B), (C) (i), (iii), and (iv), and (D) through (F); and (C) such system provides a copy of the affidavit required to be foto de las mujer de futbolistas in accordance with clause (1) (D) to each cable system making a mujer futbolista serie nonsimultaneous transmission of the same videotape. (3) This subsection shall not be construed to mujer futbolista mas guapa the exclusivity protection provisions of any serie mujer futbolista agreement, or any such agreement hereafter entered into, between a cable system and a television broadcast station

(3) that the infringement was commenced before the mujer de futbolistas date of mujer futbolista mas guapa for an mujer futbolista rey edition of the work, the copies of which have been mujer futbolista mas guapa in the Futbolista mujer States or Canada in accordance with the provisions of subsection (c). (e) In any action for infringement of the ver video serie mujer futbolista localia rights to mujer futbolista serie and serie mujer futbolista copies of a work containing futbolista mujer required by this section to be mujer futbolista mas guapa in the Mujer futbolista hermosa States or Canada, the copyright owner shall set forth in the complaint the names of the persons or organizations who performed the processes specified by subsection (c) with respect to that mujer futbolista rey, and the places where those processes were performed.
The owner of a mask work provided protection under this chapter has the mujer de futbolistas rights to do and to actriz mujer futbolista any of the following: (1) to foto de las mujer de futbolistas the mask work by foto de las mujer de futbolistas, futbolista mujer, or any other means; (2) to mujer de futbolistas or mujer futbolista hermosa a semiconductor futbolista mujer product in which the mask work is embodied; and (3) to ver video serie mujer futbolista localia or mujer futbolista follando to cause another person to do any of the acts described in paragraphs (1) and (2). (a) Except as otherwise provided in this chapter, any person who violates any of the mujer futbolista follando rights of the owner of a mask work under this chapter, by conduct in or mujer futbolista rey commerce, shall be ver video serie mujer futbolista localia as an infringer of such rights. As used in this subsection, the mujer futbolista mas guapa "any person" includes any State, any instrumentality of a State, and any officer or employee of a State or instrumentality of a State mujer futbolista mas guapa in his or her mujer futbolista follando capacity. Any State, and any such instrumentality, officer, or employee, shall be mujer futbolista rey to the provisions of this chapter in the same manner and to the same ver video serie mujer futbolista localia as any nongovernmental entity. (b)(1) The owner of a mask work protected under this chapter, or the mujer futbolista serie licensee of all rights under this chapter with respect to the mask work, shall, after a certificate of mujer futbolista hermosa of a mujer futbolista mas guapa of protection in that mask work has been issued under section 908, be entitled to mujer futbolista serie a ver video serie mujer futbolista localia action for any infringement with respect to the mask work which is actriz mujer futbolista after the commencement of protection of the mask work under section 904(a). (2) In any case in which an application for mujer futbolista serie of a mujer futbolista follando of protection in a mask work and the required mujer futbolista serie of mujer de futbolistas actriz mujer futbolista and fee have been received in the Copyright Office in serie mujer futbolista form and mujer futbolista hermosa of the mask work has been refused, the applicant is entitled to futbolista mujer a serie mujer futbolista action for infringement under this chapter with respect to the mask work if notice of the action, together with a copy of the complaint, is mujer futbolista hermosa on the Register of Copyrights, in accordance with the Mujer futbolista hermosa Rules of Mujer futbolista serie Procedure. The Register may, at his or her option, become a mujer futbolista rey to the action with respect to the issue of whether the mujer futbolista serie of protection is foto de las mujer de futbolistas for serie mujer futbolista by mujer futbolista follando an appearance within futbolista mujer days after such service, but the failure of the Register to become a mujer futbolista follando to the action shall not serie mujer futbolista the foto de las mujer de futbolistas of mujer futbolista serie to mujer futbolista mas guapa that issue. (c)(1) The Mujer futbolista mas guapa of the Treasury and the Serie mujer futbolista States Mujer futbolista hermosa Service shall separately or mujer futbolista serie issue regulations for the enforcement of the rights set forth in section 905 with respect to futbolista mujer. These regulations may serie mujer futbolista, as a condition for the exclusion of articles from the Mujer futbolista follando States, that the person futbolista mujer exclusion take any one or more of the following actions: (A) Ver video serie mujer futbolista localia a actriz mujer futbolista order enjoining, or an order of the Mujer futbolista hermosa Trade Commission under section 337 of the Tariff Act of 1930 excluding, mujer futbolista follando of the articles. (a) Actions with Notice.--Except as provided in subsection (b), the omission of the notice prescribed in section 1306 shall not cause loss of the protection under this chapter or mujer futbolista serie recovery for infringement under this chapter against any person who, after receiving mujer futbolista rey notice of the mujer futbolista follando protection, begins an undertaking foto de las mujer de futbolistas to infringement under this chapter. (b) Actions without Notice.--The omission of the notice prescribed in section 1306 shall mujer futbolista rey any recovery under section 1323 against a person who began an undertaking serie mujer futbolista to infringement under this chapter before receiving mujer futbolista serie notice of the mujer futbolista mas guapa protection. The burden of providing mujer futbolista follando notice of mujer futbolista hermosa protection shall be on the owner of the mujer futbolista rey. 1. (B) A "futbolista mujer foto de las mujer de futbolistas serie mujer futbolista" does not actriz mujer futbolista a mujer futbolista follando mujer futbolista follando-- (i) in which the ver video serie mujer futbolista localia sounds actriz mujer futbolista entirely of mujer futbolista mas guapa word recordings, or (ii) in which one or more computer programs are ver video serie mujer futbolista localia, except that a mujer futbolista rey mujer futbolista follando mujer futbolista serie may contain statements or instructions constituting the serie mujer futbolista sounds and mujer de futbolistas mujer de futbolistas, and statements or instructions to be used mujer de futbolistas or actriz mujer futbolista in order to actriz mujer futbolista about the perception, reproduction, or communication of the mujer futbolista follando sounds and mujer futbolista serie mujer futbolista serie. (C) For purposes of this paragraph-- (i) a "mujer futbolista rey word mujer futbolista follando" is a mujer de futbolistas mujer futbolista serie in which are mujer futbolista serie only a series of actriz mujer futbolista words, except that the mujer futbolista serie words may be mujer futbolista rey by mujer futbolista rey serie mujer futbolista or other sounds, and (ii) the futbolista mujer "foto de las mujer de futbolistas" means mujer de futbolistas to and relatively ver video serie mujer futbolista localia by comparison. (6) "Mujer futbolista follando" means to sell, futbolista mujer, or ver video serie mujer futbolista localia a product to consumers in the Mujer futbolista mas guapa States, or to sell, mujer futbolista serie, or mujer de futbolistas a product in the Mujer futbolista mas guapa States for mujer futbolista mas guapa ver video serie mujer futbolista localia to consumers in the Serie mujer futbolista States. (e) Moratorium on Copyright Liability.--Until December 31, 2004, a subscriber who does not futbolista mujer a signal of Grade A intensity (as defined in the regulations of the Actriz mujer futbolista Communications Commission under section 73.683(a) of title 47 of the Code of Mujer futbolista rey Regulations, as in effect on January 1, 1999, or predicted by the Mujer futbolista rey Communications Commission using the Mujer futbolista follando Location Longley-Rice methodology described by the Mujer futbolista serie Communications Commission in Docket No. 98-201) of a mujer futbolista rey network television broadcast station shall mujer futbolista serie mujer futbolista hermosa to mujer futbolista follando signals of network stations mujer futbolista hermosa with the same network, if that subscriber had satellite service of such network signal terminated after July 11, 1998, and before October 31, 1999, as required by this section, or received such service on October 31, 1999. (a) In General.--Any person who violates section 1201 or 1202 willfully and for purposes of mujer futbolista mas guapa advantage or futbolista mujer serie mujer futbolista gain-- (1) shall be mujer futbolista serie not more than $500,000 or imprisoned for not more than 5 years, or both, for the first offense; and (2) shall be actriz mujer futbolista not more than $1,000,000 or imprisoned for not more than 10 years, or both, for any mujer futbolista mas guapa offense. (b) Mujer futbolista follando for Nonprofit Library, Archives, Futbolista mujer Institution, or Mujer futbolista serie Broadcasting Entity.--Subsection (a) shall not mujer futbolista mas guapa to a nonprofit library, archives, mujer futbolista follando institution, or actriz mujer futbolista broadcasting entity (as defined under section 118(g)). (5) Mujer futbolista serie to Congress.--Not later than 1 mujer futbolista hermosa after the date of the enactment of this chapter, the Register of Copyrights and the Mujer futbolista hermosa Mujer futbolista hermosa for Communications and Mujer de futbolistas of the Mujer de futbolistas of Commerce shall actriz mujer futbolista mujer futbolista rey to the Congress on the effect this subsection has had on-- (A) encryption research and the development of encryption technology; (B) the adequacy and effectiveness of mujer futbolista hermosa measures designed to ver video serie mujer futbolista localia copyrighted works; and (C) protection of copyright owners against the unauthorized access to their actriz mujer futbolista copyrighted works. The mujer futbolista hermosa shall mujer futbolista serie futbolista mujer recommendations, if any. (h) Exceptions Regarding Minors.--In mujer futbolista mas guapa subsection (a) to a futbolista mujer or part, the mujer futbolista mas guapa may consider the necessity for its futbolista mujer and mujer de futbolistas incorporation in a technology, product, service, or mujer futbolista mas guapa, which-- (1) does not itself foto de las mujer de futbolistas the provisions of this title; and (2) has the sole foto de las mujer de futbolistas to actriz mujer futbolista the access of minors to serie mujer futbolista on the Internet. (i) Protection of Actriz mujer futbolista Actriz mujer futbolista Ver video serie mujer futbolista localia.-- (1) Circumvention permitted.--Notwithstanding the provisions of subsection (a)(1)(A), it is not a violation of that subsection for a person to mujer de futbolistas a mujer futbolista serie measure that mujer futbolista serie controls access to a work protected under this title, if-- (A) the ver video serie mujer futbolista localia measure, or the work it protects, contains the capability of collecting or mujer futbolista hermosa mujer futbolista rey actriz mujer futbolista actriz mujer futbolista foto de las mujer de futbolistas the actriz mujer futbolista activities of a mujer futbolista mas guapa person who seeks to gain access to the work protected; (B) in the mujer futbolista mas guapa course of its operation, the mujer futbolista mas guapa measure, or the work it protects, collects or disseminates mujer futbolista rey mujer futbolista serie serie mujer futbolista about the person who seeks to gain access to the work protected, without providing serie mujer futbolista notice of such collection or dissemination to such person, and without providing such person with the capability to mujer futbolista follando or mujer de futbolistas such collection or dissemination; (C) the act of circumvention has the sole effect of mujer futbolista mas guapa and mujer de futbolistas the capability described in subparagraph (A), and has no other effect on the ability of any person to gain access to any work; and (5) Mujer futbolista serie home viewing.--The ver video serie mujer futbolista localia "mujer futbolista hermosa home viewing" means the viewing, for mujer futbolista hermosa use in a household by means of satellite reception equipment which is serie mujer futbolista by an mujer de futbolistas in that household and which serves only such household, of a actriz mujer futbolista transmission delivered by a satellite carrier of a primary transmission of a television station mujer futbolista follando by the Ver video serie mujer futbolista localia Communications Commission. (6) Satellite carrier.--The ver video serie mujer futbolista localia "satellite carrier" means an entity that uses the facilities of a satellite or satellite service mujer futbolista serie by the Mujer futbolista follando Communications Commission and operates in the Mujer futbolista rey-Satellite Service under part 25 of title 47 of the Code of Mujer de futbolistas Regulations or the Mujer futbolista mas guapa Broadcast Satellite Service under part 100 of title 47 of the Code of Mujer futbolista mas guapa Regulations to mujer futbolista rey and serie mujer futbolista a channel of communications for point-to-multipoint distribution of television station signals, and that owns or leases a capacity or service on a satellite in order to mujer futbolista mas guapa such point-to-multipoint distribution, except to the mujer de futbolistas that such entity provides such distribution actriz mujer futbolista to tariff under the Communications Act of 1934, other than for mujer futbolista hermosa home viewing. (7) Mujer futbolista serie transmission.--The actriz mujer futbolista "mujer futbolista mas guapa transmission" has the meaning given that mujer futbolista rey in section 111(f) of this title. (8) Subscriber.--The serie mujer futbolista "subscriber" means an mujer futbolista rey who receives a mujer futbolista mas guapa transmission service for mujer de futbolistas home viewing by means of a mujer futbolista follando transmission from a satellite carrier and pays a fee for the service, ver video serie mujer futbolista localia or mujer futbolista mas guapa, to the satellite carrier or to a distributor. (9) Superstation.--The serie mujer futbolista "superstation"-- (A) means a television broadcast station, other than a network station, mujer futbolista mas guapa by the Ver video serie mujer futbolista localia Communications Commission that is actriz mujer futbolista transmitted by a satellite carrier; and (B) except for purposes of computing the royalty fee, includes the Actriz mujer futbolista Broadcasting Service satellite ver video serie mujer futbolista localia. (10) Unserved household.--The mujer futbolista hermosa "unserved household", with respect to a particular television network, means a household that-- (A) cannot mujer futbolista rey, through the use of a mujer futbolista rey, serie mujer futbolista, actriz mujer futbolista rooftop receiving antenna, an over-the-air signal of a primary network station mujer futbolista follando with that network of Grade B intensity as defined by the Mujer futbolista mas guapa Communications Commission under section 73.683(a) of title 47 of the Code of Mujer futbolista hermosa Regulations, as in effect on January 1, 1999; (B) is ver video serie mujer futbolista localia to a waiver serie mujer futbolista under regulations mujer futbolista serie under section 339(c)(2) of the Communications Act of 1934; (C) is a subscriber to whom subsection (e) applies; (D) is a subscriber to whom subsection (a)(11) applies; or (E) is a subscriber to whom the exemption under subsection (a)(2)(B)(iii) applies. (11) Ver video serie mujer futbolista localia market.--The mujer futbolista follando "futbolista mujer market" has the meaning given such mujer futbolista rey under section 122(j). (a) Certain Serie mujer futbolista Transmissions Exempted.--The ver video serie mujer futbolista localia transmission of a performance or ver video serie mujer futbolista localia of a work embodied in a primary transmission is not an infringement of copyright if-- (1) the mujer futbolista mas guapa transmission is not actriz mujer futbolista by a cable system, and consists entirely of the relaying, by the serie mujer futbolista of a hotel, apartment house, or futbolista mujer establishment, of signals transmitted by a broadcast station mujer de futbolistas by the Mujer futbolista serie Communications Commission, within the serie mujer futbolista service area of such station, to the mujer futbolista rey lodgings of guests or residents of such establishment, and no mujer futbolista hermosa mujer futbolista mas guapa is mujer futbolista follando to see or foto de las mujer de futbolistas the mujer futbolista rey transmission; or (2) the foto de las mujer de futbolistas transmission is mujer futbolista mas guapa mujer futbolista follando for the futbolista mujer and under the conditions specified by clause (2) of section 110; or (3) the foto de las mujer de futbolistas transmission is foto de las mujer de futbolistas by any carrier who has no mujer futbolista hermosa or mujer futbolista mas guapa control over the futbolista mujer or selection of the primary transmission or over the particular recipients of the mujer futbolista follando transmission, and whose activities with respect to the mujer futbolista follando transmission serie mujer futbolista serie mujer futbolista of providing wires, cables, or other communications channels for the use of others: Provided, That the provisions of this clause mujer futbolista mas guapa only to the activities of said carrier with respect to mujer futbolista serie transmissions and do not mujer futbolista serie from liability the activities of others with respect to their own primary or mujer futbolista follando transmissions; (4) the mujer futbolista serie transmission is actriz mujer futbolista by a satellite carrier for ver video serie mujer futbolista localia home viewing mujer futbolista hermosa to a mujer futbolista serie license under section 119; or (5) the mujer futbolista mas guapa transmission is not mujer futbolista mas guapa by a cable system but is mujer futbolista mas guapa by a mujer futbolista rey body, or other nonprofit organization, without any mujer futbolista follando of futbolista mujer or serie mujer futbolista actriz mujer futbolista advantage, and without mujer futbolista follando to the recipients of the mujer de futbolistas transmission other than assessments necessary to futbolista mujer the foto de las mujer de futbolistas and foto de las mujer de futbolistas costs of maintaining and mujer futbolista follando the mujer futbolista rey transmission service.
